We’re a busy, friendly TCM clinic in Penrith and we’re looking for our next team member to join us. Now in our 16th year serving the Penrith community, our four practitioners are fully booked, our 12 treatment rooms are humming, and we’ve got space to expand to 19 rooms as we grow. That’s where you come in.
This isn’t a sink-or-swim role. We hire for attitude and coach for skill, so if you’re hungry to learn, open to feedback, and the kind of person who reflects on their work and wants to keep evolving, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 7:00pm (no weekends!)
- Hourly wage plus a performance bonus based on treatment numbers and bookings
- Mixed caseload – musculoskeletal, women’s health, fertility, general wellness, stress… a bit of everything
- You’ll work with our established protocols, so there’s structure to lean on while you build your confidence
- Admin team handles the bulk of bookings and front-of-house, so you can focus on what you love – treating patients
What we’re looking for
- AHPRA registered with a Bachelor degree in Chinese Medicine / Acupuncture
- 1-2 years post-graduation (new grads with strong communication skills are warmly welcomed too)
- Coachable – you’re humble, open-minded, eager to learn, and self-reflective. You see feedback as a gift, not a threat
- Strong patient communication – warm, clear, and able to make people feel genuinely cared for
- A team player who supports others and is happy to be supported in return
- Open to learning additional modalities – we’ll train you
You don’t need your own client base. We’ll help you build one.
