At Evolution Medical Care, we are committed to providing excellent service and quality treatment to those in our care. Our cancellation policy allows us to schedule regular appointments at preferred times to best support our patients and ensure we deliver a consistent level of care.
Cancelled, Rescheduled And Missed Appointments
Any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or missed without prior communication will result in the fee of the full consultation price.
All fees owing are required to be paid no later than the next scheduled appointment.
To communicate any changes we ask that you contact us via phone or email.
If our business is closed or we do not answer, please know your communication in the form of voicemail or email will be recognised. We will endeavour to respond to all requests upon our return to business.
We do not wish to charge a fee to anyone, so we hope by clearly stating our expectations we won’t have to.
