I will start this review by saying I judge my healthcare practitioners HARSH. I have been stung many times by gaslighting, ignorance, and sometimes plain creepiness, so I am super picky about the medical providers I use and very honest. I have a pretty complicated case with my back trauma, auto-immune diseases, and genetic disposition. Adding pregnancy to the mix means I am in desperate need of relief with my chronic pain and not many avenues I can take. I have been to Dr Andrew's team twice now, and have adored my experiences there. My first appointment was for acupuncture and cupping with Dr Adam, and my second was a remedial massage and acupuncture with Dr Andrew. Both visits were respectful, calming, and went at a great pace. Andrew's massage appointment had me walking out of the centre with a completely different gait. The environment of the practice is also very peaceful and modern. I met Dr David too as he was playing receptionist for my first appointment and he was lovely. My next appointment will be with Dr Kent and I have no doubt it will also be a great experience. Worth every penny, and they deserve their great reputation with their Google reviews! Looking forward to seeing some results now as I do more acupuncture sessions.
I started my treatment 3 months ago for my Meniscal tear and Arthritis in both knees.. I have been in state where I am managing my life without any pain medications. Deng is really good therapist... Alternative therapy works...

Let me start by firstly saying, “Thank you” to Dr. David VO for his service. I came in with severe back ache. I did unaided squats at the gym and caused a back injury. I got severe inflammation of back muscles and other disc related pain. I could not even sleep in peace. I work in film industry for a living and could not continue work. Holding an 8kilo camera was impossible due to pain. I was looking for help to fix my pain and strengthen my back. After meeting Dr. David VO, I was convinced that my back needed acupuncture and some simple everyday exercises which will strengthen it and also stop further re occurrences. I stuck to the routine of getting acupuncture twice a week and simple morning exercises that were prescribed by the professional. In two weeks I saw amazing results. In four weeks, I was filming without pain and in eight weeks, I am back in the gym. Once again, thank you for your accurate prognosis, treatment and exercise advice.
Was sceptical the acupuncture would be of much help at first but it has helped tremendously! The doctor (Andrew) who looks after me and the ladies at reception are so friendly and pleasant, they make the experience most rewarding and worthwhile. I'd thoroughly recommend it. I'm scared of needles but honestly, the acupuncture is fine. In fact, it's actually a very relaxing experience and I've had beneficial results. I have been having acupuncture treatments for a few weeks now and have been loving how it makes my body feel. Andrew is very knowledgeable about any concerns I may have. Today I started the treatment with a headache and left with no headache it was honestly the best treatment.

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Andrew enough! It’s a strange feeling to have had constant tension and pain that has become just a normal part of life, to being gone and having what is true normality back. Being 10 months postpartum from a c-section, my back has been under stress since being pregnant my almost 5kg boy - but I can finally hold and rock him without having the pains.
